Polar Express Pajama Party!

We are so lucky to have a great group of friends here! The boys and I had a Polar Express Pajama party! We decorated cookies and watched the Polar Express. What a great way to start the Christmas season!

The boys love decorating our Christmas tree! Anderson was really excited to find a Tinkerbell ornament in the box!

Thanksgiving weekend we went to Asheville, NC to pick out our Christmas tree. This is a wonderful tradition started by Grumps ( Sev's Dad). We missed having him with us but managed to pick a tree and have a great time.

Colin is the newest Tiger Cub in Pack 473! He is so excited to be a Boy Scout like his daddy was when he was a little boy!

Pumpkin Farm "The Sequel"

Anderson and I enjoyed the Mcleod Pumpkin Farm so much with playgroup, we decided Colin and Sev needed to go too! This time we did the corn maze, covered wagon ride (in the rain) and the museum! It was very cold and wet but tons of fun!

Upward Soccer

Colin is playing upward soccer this fall. He loves soccer! He is really getting into the game this year! Sev is helping coach his team. Go Buckeyes!

Anderson's Three!

Anderson turned 3 at the end of September! We got to celebrate his birthday with local friends and Aunt Hollie, Brandon, Grey and Gigy!

The Boys had a great time with their baby cousin Grey! Couldn't you just eat those cheeks!!

We went to the pumpkin farm with our play group to celebrate fall!

The farm had an antique car and tractor museum. Anderson, Jamie and Jacob had a blast driving all the equipment!

Anderson's Week

Anderson has had a very busy week! On Wednesday he started his first day of preschool. He was very excited, until we got there! He has a very loving teacher. I am sure soon he will be running into the classroom excited to be there.

On Thursday Anderson had surgery for an inguinal hernia. He had this same surgery on his left side back in February. He did great with the surgery. Even his Chicken Little and Green Turtle got a bandage in the OR. He is still sore this morning but happy.

Busy, Busy,Busy!

Things are moving along quickly here! Colin is back in the grove of going to school. He is now riding the bus home everyday. Really hard for mom but he loves it! Anderson starts preschool Wednesday. He seems very excited! We'll see how he does when I leave him there. Our renovations are really taking shape. We have all the new appliances in place. The counter tops are in and the tile back splash is about half way done! Poor Sev spent all Labor day weekend laboring on the tile and under/upper cabinet lights. He did an awesome job!!
Anderson moved up to a big boy bed over the weekend too! It is just all happening to fast! I wish I could slow the clock down just a little!

First Grade!!!

Colin started first grade this week! We are very lucky to have another great teacher this year! Colin is so excited to go back to school. He was thrilled to see he has desk this year instead of a table. We are looking forward to a wonderful school year!
